Wedding FAQ’s

Do we need a wedding Planner?

YES, All weddings require a professional wedding planner to work with Mount View Barbecue. A list of recommended wedding planning companies can be provided upon request.

What goes towards the minimum Spend?

All food provided by Mountview BBQ, All beverages served throughout the day, decor provided by Mountview BBQ. The minimum spend excludes GST and gratuity. The minimum spend is determined by the space you chooses.

How will our guests arrive?

Coach transportation is required for all events. Coaches booked through our service providers are based on a 5-hour maximum. Transportation overtime charges will be incurred for events that run longer in duration.

How do we confirm our date?

We are happy to hold a date for you for 7 days from point of inquiry, we will then require a non-refundable deposit of $3,500 with a signed contract to guarantee your date.
